2.1. Any damage discovered during or after your reservation must be reported immediately to The Rumpus Room Ballarat staff.
2.2. Promptly reporting any damage will assist in resolving the matter efficiently.
3. Damage Fees:
3.1. In the event of damage caused by the booking party, Stoke Design Co Pty Ltd T/A The Rumpus Room Ballarat reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
3.2. The amount of the damage fee will depend on the extent of the damage and will be determined by Stoke Design Co Pty Ltd T/A The Rumpus Room Ballarat.
4. Cleaning Responsibility:
4.1. The booking party is responsible for leaving the rooms in the same condition as they were found at the beginning of the reservation.
4.2. If the rooms are not left in their original state, additional cleaning fees may be applied.
5. Cleaning Fees:
5.1. Stoke Design Co Pty Ltd T/A The Rumpus Room Ballarat reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if the rooms are not left in their original state.
5.2. The cleaning fee amount will depend on the extent of the cleaning required and will be determined by Stoke Design Co Pty Ltd T/A The Rumpus Room Ballarat.
6. Payment of Fees:
6.1. Damage fees and cleaning fees will be charged to the credit card provided during the booking process.
6.2. Stoke Design Co Pty Ltd T/A The Rumpus Room Ballarat will notify the booking party of any fees incurred due to damage or additional cleaning.
7. Dispute Resolution:
7.1. In the event of a dispute regarding damage or cleaning fees, Stoke Design Co Pty Ltd T/A The Rumpus Room Ballarat will work with the booking party to reach a fair and reasonable resolution.
8. Liability:
8.1. Stoke Design Co Pty Ltd T/A The Rumpus Room Ballarat does not accept liability for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought onto the premises by the booking party or their guests.
